COUPONS, GIFTCARDS AND DISCOUNTS

Surface Skin reserve the right to operate a ‘fair usage’ policy for all discount codes and coupons in circulation. Some discount codes will also have limited usage. ‘Fair usage’ is at the discretion of Surface Skin.

All giftcards must be used and redeemed in full within 12 months.

However, it’s important to note that individual skin types and medical conditions can vary significantly. Before incorporating any new skincare product into your routine, especially if you have a medical condition or are undergoing any form of treatment, we strongly advise seeking guidance from a qualified medical professional or dermatologist.

Results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery

We always try and ensure our products are dispatched and delivered as soon as we can. We use a variety of trusted couriers to ensure that your delivery arrives on time and in good condition. We have 1-2 day delivery as per DPD offering. Please note this is the name of the delivery service and may not represent the time it takes to get your delivery to your door. The delivery is subject to delay in the courier’s system and or due to traffic and unavoidable situations, such as adverse weather conditions. Surface Skin will do it’s best to communicate with you and ensure that your products are with you but cannot be held responsible for 3rd party services or influences on the delivery of your product.

Missed or Misdelivered Parcels by DPD

At Surface Skin, we work closely with DPD to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery service for our customers.

If a parcel is reported as missed or misdelivered, we follow the claims process set by DPD:

DPD will initiate an investigation and send a confirmation form directly to the recipient.
The recipient must complete this form to confirm that the parcel was not received.
The recipient must follow DPD’s instructions, including returning the completed form as requested.

Once DPD has received and accepted the completed confirmation form, they will be intouch with an outcome.

Important note: Where a parcel is instructed to be left in a nominated safe place rather than handed over directly, Surface Skin cannot accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or goes missing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments credit agreements are not regulated by the FCA. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna and other lenders. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs apply.

When we launch any offers or promotions, they will be clearly sign-posted on the website and noted here in our Terms and Conditions. Please follow us on social media and keep an eye on our website for further promotions and updates.

Returns

Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene and infection control reasons, products purchased from Surface Skin are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged

“No Try & Return” Clause

Surface Skin does not operate a “try and return” policy.

Once skincare products have been opened, used, or tested, they are considered non-returnable for hygiene and product integrity reasons.

We understand that results can vary from person to person, and we’re always happy to help you select the right products before purchase. However, items cannot be returned simply because they did not meet personal expectations after use.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number
Photos of the issue
The batch number (found on the box or the bottom of the product)

As part of our returns process, we require the defective item to be returned to us before we can issue a replacement or refund.

This allows us to:

Inspect the product properly
Verify the batch number
Report the issue to the manufacturer
Prevent repeated batch or quality problems

A prepaid return label/QR code will always be provided, so there is no cost to you.

Once the defective item is returned to us, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.
