Refund and Returns Policy

Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene and infection control reasons, products purchased from Surface Skin are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We recommend booking a skin consultation (£50) to ensure you receive personalised skincare advice tailored to your needs. To arrange your appointment, please call us on 01274 579612

All giftcards must be used and redeemed in full within 12 months.

Please note if the good is deemed faulty then Surface Skin will investigate with the manufacturer brand owners as per the Sales Of Goods Act. The item must not be used/dispensed in any way. Please call 01274579612 before sending any faulty items back. This will allow us to ensure that your return is handled efficiently. All returns postage and Packaging will need to be paid by yourself. Please allow 30 days for a response as items have to be send back to the correct manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
